Adda has been in the health field for 20 years. Initially trained as a Physical Therapist in

Colombia, her country of origin, where she worked for several years in well-known orthopedic

and sports rehabilitation centers. Later in her career she found the need to incorporate manual

and alternative therapies to complement the recovery process of clients since she has always

been interested in natural ways to facilitate healing.

By the year 2002 she traveled to Japan and specialized in traditional Eastern therapies such as

Shiatsu, Reflexology, Thai massage among others. Later, she expanded her skills by training in

and providing Acupuncture and moxibustion therapies.This background allows her to have a

holistic vision where every client receives an integrated and customized treatment plan that

addresses their individual needs and treatment goals within her current scope of practice.

Passionate about helping others with chronic pain, post traumatic events, and post surgery

recovery, she works to have the client feel their best, relaxed and restored. Additionally, as

Senior Fitness Specialist she believes that integrating exercise and physical activity into daily

life is essential to achieve a better quality of life.

Adda is specialized in several massage modalities including Swedish therapeutic massage,

clinical massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, cupping therapy, stretching therapy, and

reflexology.
